Kate Flach

Kate Flach is a a Parent/Youth Life Coach who harnesses her experience in leadership and her coaching skill set to help individuals in the areas of positive youth development strategies that strengthen academic, soft skills, and develop leaders without titles. She also works with parents to strengthen communication with their child and support parents as they go through transitional parenting moments. 

Kate is passionate about offering young people opportunities to succeed in meaningful ways, manage pressure and stress, and build resilience. Her coaching facilitates the change that young people and parents need as they prepare to face the future with strength and optimism. With a focus on goal setting, outcome creation, and personal change management, Kate’s approach is action-oriented, forward-moving, and future-focused. She is committed to helping young people get from where they are to where they want to be, equipping them with the tools and mindset to thrive in all areas of life.

Kate has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance serving both international publicly traded and privately held companies and the public accounting industry. Within these organizations, Kate oversaw diverse teams during various stages of their lifespan. She broke down silos within companies to create fluidity, teamwork, and better communication among multiple departments. Kate determined her passion during her years in accounting and finance was team member development and pivoted her career to become an executive/life coach.

Over the course of her finance career Kate has been instrumental in staff development at all stages of their career, developing and enhancing leadership skills from staff to executives, and creating effective and efficient avenues of communication within her teams and across organizations. She empowers individuals to discover their potential on a professional and personal basis to move to the next level.
